FAQ - Coldkicker®


Coldkicker is recommended for people over the age of 12.  For people younger than 12, please consult a physician.
There are two ways to take Coldkicker®.  
MAINTENANCE DOSE:  This is the recommended method for improved immune support everyday.  1 bottle Coldkicker® = 1 month supply. Take 2 Coldkicker® tablets daily. 
LOADING DOSE: This three-day regimen is to be taken at the onset of system imbalance or fatique.  Take 4 Coldkicker® tablets, 3 times per day, for 3 days, then switch to a maintenance regimen.
While most orders are received within 3 business days, a number of factors outside of our control could potentially delay delivery or your shipment. Please allow 10 business days from the date of your order for delivery.  If you still have not received your shipment after 10 business days, please let us know and we’ll look into it!  Email: support@coldkicker.com.
Notice a little pep in your step after taking Coldkicker®?  Coldkicker® contains ginseng, B-vitamins and green tea which can all increase alertness.  Green tea is naturally caffeinated, but the dose of caffeine is relatively mild (about 5mg) when compared to an average cup of coffee (about 90mg).
While we hope that you are satisfied with our products, should you need to refund your purchase, please follow these guidelines. At this time, Nature’s MD INC (“NMD”, manufacturer of Coldkicker®) can only accept refund requests for unopened, undamaged, sealed bottles.  All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment by NMD. NMD is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to NMD.  Please note that NMD is not responsible for return shipping costs. Refund requests only apply to purchases made through coldkicker.com. Promptly following NMD receipt of your product (typically within five (5) business days), NMD will credit the amount paid for the returned product to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. You can manage your subscription under the My Account tab. In this section, click My Subscriptions link in the left navigation bar.  Here you can temporarily suspend your subscription or cancel completely. If you’d like to send your next shipment to a friend, you can do so by changing the shipping address of your subscription.  Just add the new address to your profile and select it for your next shipment. Make sure to update the shipping destination the following month.  You can add as many shipping profiles to your account as you like.
